Flocon course
I have my OURSON (beginners) certificate.
My objectives during the FLOCON (class 1) course:
- To control my speed and cross the fall line with a snowplough turn.
- To keep my balance when I pick up speed with parallel skis both across and down the slope on both skis or from one ski to the other, over smooth terrain on a gentle slope.
- To learn how to brake and how to stop and to start learning how to sideslip.
The FLOCON test takes place every Friday and is handled by the ESF.

The ESF may change the duration of group lessons if there are less than 4 people per lesson.
During the lessons, the participants are not insured by the ESF.
The participants must have a valid ski pass during lesson times.
