Beginners course
I am 5 and I have never skied before
My objectives during the OURSON (beginners) course:
- To recognize the different parts of my skiing equipment.
- To learn how to put on and take off my skis by myself.
- To use the ski lifts.
- To control my speed and learn how to do snaking turns.
- To be able to move around in different ways on my skis over varied terrain that is almost flat.
- To ski with parallel skis downhill and to stop with a snowplough turn.
The OURSON test takes place every Friday and is handled by the ESF.

The ESF may change the duration of group lessons if there are less than 4 people per lesson.
During the lessons, the participants are not insured by the ESF.
The participants must have a valid ski pass during lesson times.
